Hair Perm is a process where your hairstylist treats your hair with a chemical to alter the structure and permanently wave or curl your hair. Traditionally a hairstylist will wrap hair in rods before putting perm lotion on to set the curl. After letting the lotion sit, stylist rinses it out, dry hair as much possible, and use a neutraliser to halt the perming process.
